Neither could I really connect with my friends and share what I was really going through.

How often do i need to go for Therapy?
At times, 3 sessions may be sufficient, but some people may require several
sessions depending on the issue at hand. If you are experiencing therapy for
the first time, it may take two three sessions to relax into the realm and to
identify the cause. If you are anxious, the first session will calm you down and
get you started for the rest.
How can I believe that it will work for me?
All therapists work and simply see their ability as a natural resource. Nothing
special is expected of the recipient, however, perhaps openness and
receptivity to anything that happens and Trust in the Coach and Therapists.
Is my Therapist qualified?
All therapists adhere to a code of conduct. Wherein they explain, what they
would be doing or asking you to do. When you are asked to close your eyes, it
just makes you relax rather than taking in the surroundings and look around.
Could I become a therapist as well?

Does it work?
Anything from just 3 sessions up to 6 sessions will be sufficient to convince
you , that there has been improvements since your first session. You may
experience happy coincidences occur in your life.
Can Therapy do any harm?
It is so gentle and nurturing, so it can do no harm. If you feel worse for a few
days before improving, it may be the release of a deep underlying root cause
