Not at all. This retreat is beginner-friendly and open to all. Every session is guided gently—no prior experience is needed.

What’s included in the retreat?

The experience includes healing sessions, guided journaling, mindfulness practices, soulful group sharing, nourishing meals, and supportive facilitation by Mamtta & Shard.

What should I bring?

Please bring your yoga mat, a journal, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Everything else will be taken care of.

Will meals be provided?

Yes, nourishing vegetarian meals and light refreshments will be served throughout the day.
